Reception
Our main reception area for Soulspace coworking and event space hire is located on the UG floor, directly after the main entrance to the building. This desk is generally manned during working hours.
The Corner
The Corner is our more compact Resident members’ space, suited to those who prefer a smaller room. It contains ten fixed desks and lockers and a kitchenette.
Resident members who have a desk in The Corner can also access The Residence to use the breakout spaces and facilities.

The Residence
The Residence is our large, fixed desk space for Resident members. Comprising 27 desks and lockers, several cosy break out areas and a kitchenette and served by its own facilities, The Residence is designed to be a quality work home.

The Boathouse Cafe
Our sister business, The Boathouse Cafe is set to be a destination in itself, a new independent cafe restaurant with a focus on local suppliers and seasonal ingredients. Open to the public for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, its main entrance is on the side of the building where patrons access the terrace and restaurant via the balcony. Soulspace members’ and disabled access is through the main reception area.
