Resident Membership Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Prize: One winner will receive a complimentary one-month Resident Membership at Soulspace, located at The Boathouse, Guildford. This includes a dedicated desk, lockable storage, access to facilities during normal business hours, and all benefits associated with Resident Membership.
  2. How to Enter: Entrants must complete the online form via the designated QR code or landing page during the Surrey Business Expo or up until midnight on Sunday 11th May 2025.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
    • One entry per person.
    • Existing Members are not eligible for the prize but are welcome to refer others.
    • Soulspace employees and family are not eligible for this prize.
  1. Entry Period: The competition opens at 9:00am on 28th April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 11th May.
  2. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted via email on Monday 12th May.
  3. Prize Redemption:
    • The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of the winner announcement.
    • The membership must begin on the 1st of a chosen month and is valid for one calendar month only.
    • Non-transferable and no cash alternative.
  1. Use of Data: By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Soulspace/The Boathouse in relation to the competition and relevant services. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. General:
    • The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and on redemption will also agree to our general membership terms and conditions.
